There is a need to get a mental test done by taking audio samples of JE and taking them to Delhi AIIMS. Which is approved by the court today. The court has handed over the accused Rambhavan to the CBI for a week in judicial custody. Under which CBI will take the voice sample and physiological test and blood sample of Ram Bhavan to Delhi. On the basis of which the CBI seems likely to strengthen the case.

The accused engineer Ram Bhavan was arrested by the CBI from his house in Chitrakoot on 16 November. In the CBI inquiry, accused Rambhavan said that he used to hunt 5 to 16 year olds. Used to lure electronic gadgets to trap them. Investigation of the email of the accused has revealed that the accused was in contact with several gangs of India and abroad to share pornographic photos and videos. The accused also shared this material on social media. The victim was blackmailing the families showing photographs and demanding money.
The wife of the accused is also in jail
The CBI arrested the accused’s wife Durgavati in an attempt to influence and influence witnesses by threatening and luring them. Durgavati is booked under Section 17 and 120 of Pasco. He is currently in a divisional jail.
