Vacancy on the posts of Police Constable: 12th pass youth should apply till June 17, will get salary up to 64,000

There is good news for the youth preparing for government jobs. Chandigarh Police has released vacancies for the posts of General Duty Constable, IT Constable and Sports Quota Constable. For which 12th pass candidates can apply online till June 17 by visiting the official website of Chandigarh Police, chandigarhpolice.gov.in.

On getting selected in the recruitment process, the candidate will be given a salary ranging from Rs 25,600 to Rs 64,000 every.
Educational qualification
Candidate applying for the post of constable must have passed 12th class. Whereas for ex-servicemen, either 12th pass or certificate provided in defense services is also accepted.
selection process
Selection for the posts of constable in Chandigarh Police on 700 posts will be done on the basis of written test and physical test. For this, written test will be organized on 23rd July. In which it is necessary to get at least 40 percent marks for general category candidates and 35 percent marks for SC and OBC candidates to pass. After this there will be document verification followed by physical test. The posting will be given to the candidate on the basis of merit prepared on the basis of that.
Application fee
Unreserved category, OBC candidates applying for the recruitment of 700 posts will have to pay a fee of Rs 1000. While SC and EWS candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 800. Ex-servicemen are exempted from paying the fee.

- Now click on ‘Click Here’ to apply for the post of Constable (Executive).
- Register yourself and complete the application process.
- Upload all the required documents and then pay the application fee.
- Download the application form that you have filled and save it somewhere and take a print out of it.
