A woman died after consuming medicine prescribed by a quack doctor in Shankarpur village of Chaubepur police station area of ​​Varanasi. Another young man is admitted in the hospital in critical condition. The woman works at the accused’s house and was suffering from back pain. The young man was also suffering from pain.

The police have taken the accused into custody and are questioning him. The quack used to give seven medicines along with exorcism. The woman died after going home. At present, the police have registered a case of unintentional murder and started investigating the case.
The woman used to do the sweeping and mopping work at Shamsher Khan’s house
Ganesh, the husband of the deceased woman Sunita (40), said that ‘Sunita had been working as a sweeper at Dr. Khan alias Shamsher Khan’s place for many years. Dr. Khan used to give medicines along with exorcising. On Saturday morning, Sunita and Bagla’s son Sanoj went to Dr. Khan. Sunita complained of pain in her waist and Sanoj complained of pain in his leg.
Sunita was given two pills, she died at night
Ganesh told the police in his complaint- After this Sunita returned home. At night she suddenly started vomiting and died within a few minutes. Sanoj’s health deteriorated. He is admitted in the hospital. Sunita has four sons and a daughter. The responsibility of their upbringing has now fallen on Ganesh.
Police is interrogating
The police, which became active on the complaint of Ganesh Prasad, has taken Dr Khan into custody and he is being questioned. ACP Sarnath Atul Anjan Tripathi said that the said doctor is in custody and is being questioned. The case will be revealed soon.
