found this irregularity
Propaganda of any political party is strictly prohibited in the government office premises during official working hours. Whether any kind of permission has been taken in this matter or not? One of the cycles used by him during the campaign was carrying the photo of Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav. Further, the name/address of the publisher/printer was not found on the promotional material/pamphlet. This also comes under the purview of violation of section 127 (a) of the Model Code of Conduct / Representation of the People Act, 1951.
