Vidyut Jamwal has shared a video on social media. In which he is seen taking a dip in volcanic mud i.e. mud volcano.

Vidyut has written about its benefits in the caption of the video. Volcanic mud, he wrote, combines hot spring water with volcanic ash. Mud volcanoes erupt at depths ranging from several hundred meters to more than a few kilometres. Mud that originates from volcanic soil mostly forms as hot water warms beneath the Earth’s surface. These soils are rich in minerals including sulphur, silica, zinc and magnesium.

Vidyut took a dip in icy water

This is not the first time that Vidyut has done something like this. Recently Vidyut went to Kashmir in connection with the shoot. Where he took a dip in icy water at -8 degrees. Along with acting, Vidyut Jamwal is also known for his fitness.

Vidyut has shared a picture of himself and actor John Abraham on Instagram. He wrote in the caption, “My due respect to late director Nishikant Kamat.
