In view of the situation arising due to corona across the country, all the boards have decided to change the new session for students at their respective levels. In this series, now West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has also made a big announcement for the state board exam 2021. Amidst the growing cases of Corona, the Chief Minister has decided not to conduct pre-board examinations of 10th-12th. Will apply to all students of the State Board. After the verdict, students of West Bengal 10th-12th can directly appear for the board examinations in 2021.
Decision to open school after November 15
Since the lockdown in the country due to Corona, all the schools and colleges and educational institutions in the country have been closed since March. In such a situation, new sessions are being taught through online classes. However, due to lack of internet or smartphone, many students are missing these digital classes. That is why the state government took this decision. Earlier, CM Banerjee had said that Kali Puja will be considered for the reopening of schools in the state after November 15, given the current situation.
Exam schedule may change by CBSE
The Central Board of Secondary Education may also change the schedule of 10th-12th examinations due to the corona epidemic. However, no final decision has been taken on this yet. In such a situation, students may have to wait a little longer for this. CBSE will soon release the datasheet for the three streams of Science, Commerce and Arts on the official website. At the same time, the board has also released the new date of CBSE CTET postponed due to Corona. Now this examination will be held on January 31, 2021.
