On Friday night, the rumoured couple was snapped by the paparazzi as they stepped out in Mumbai for what looked like a dinner date. In a video that surfaced on social media, Ananya and Aditya were seen twinning in black as they interacted with some of their friends at a restaurant. But did you know, Ranbir Kapoor might have directly revealed their rumoured relationship even before the internet could speculate?

In one of his earlier interviews with the comedian Aishwarya Mohanraj, Ranbir Kapoor spoke about his Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani co-star in great detail. Without revealing any names, the Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar actor cleverly spilled, “I know he (Aditya) likes a girl starting with the letter A.”

The video from the Friday evening might have left everyone convinced that the two actors are definitely dating. In the viral clip, the Student Of The Year 2 star was seen holding Aditya’s hand as she also kept her head on his shoulder. The two were all smiles while they were interacting with somebody.

The actress was talking about relationships when Karan Johar dropped a hint that she and Aditya could be together. Earlier this year, Ananya and Aditya enjoyed a romantic getaway in Europe. Prior to that, Ananya and Aditya attended the Arctic Monkeys concert together in Madrid.

In a recent interview with E-Times, Ananya was asked if her personal life often overshadows her professional life as well, the actress seemingly addressing the dating rumours shared, “I don’t think it’s come in the way. I think, unfortunately, I’ve not had a release for the last year as well. So, maybe the conversation has been slightly about my personal life in that time being.”
