Sai Pallavi is known for her incredible acting skills and enjoys a great fan following among the masses. She has predominantly worked in Telugu and Malayalam cinema, but will soon venture in other language films as well. She has always been in the news for choosing unconventional scripts that bring out the best in her. Sai Pallavi is also known for her candid statements. In an earlier interview, she revealed how she had performed some of her well-known dance sequences while she was on her periods. She shared how she managed to perform despite the constant pain. Not often do we see star actresses openly talking about the issues they face on the sets while on their cycle. Sai Pallavi boldly spoke about this. She said, โIt was indeed tough on me to dance while going through my periods. It took a toll on me physically. I used to get really tired, but I had to pull through it allโ.
โRight from the classical dance I did in Shyam Singha Roy, every song Iโve danced for since then was when I was on my periods,โ she said. Sai Pallavi also said that she used to get physically drained after hours of dancing, and had to get through 2-3 days of shooting the dance sequence. She further added that her father used to massage her feet after coming back from the shoot.
Sai Pallavi will be collaborating with Naga Chaitanya for the second time for Thandel, after their 2021 movie Love Story. The movie is directed by Chandoo Mondeti and is being billed as a patriotic action film. It is backed by Allu Aravind and Bunny Vasu. Sai Pallavi recently wrapped up the shoot of her Bollywood debut film, Ek Din, in Japan. The film also stars Junaid Khan in the lead role. In addition, reports suggest that Sai Pallavi is set to play the role of Sita in Nitesh Tiwariโs Ramayana, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Yash.
