This includes the area from Golaganj to Kanpur Road Sector H. Apart from this, people were troubled by low voltage in Purvanchal Apartment located in Gomti Nagar.

After seeing all this, now the officials of Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited reached Lucknow to visit the power houses. He visited the sub-stations attached to the Indira Nagar sub-centre. However, even after that, the power crisis continues in the city. The officers are now getting out of their AC cabins.

Increased trouble in Kanpur Road LD Colony and Golaganj
There is a power crisis in many areas of Kanpur Road Sector H and Golaganj. DN Singh, a resident of Sector H, Kanpur Road, told that there was power cut in his place from 12 to 2 pm. During this, an attempt was made to contact the corporation’s number 1912 but the phone did not ring for 30 minutes. Told that the number kept telling busy.

At the same time, Fakrul Hasan Chand, a resident of Golaganj, told that after 7 o’clock in the evening, the darkness of Lesa starts. By 6 in the morning, there is a power cut from about 8 to 10 in the morning.

More than 5000 complaints per day
The extent of the deduction is that more than 5000 complaints are being received every day on the customer care of Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited. Sources say that out of that 3 thousand complaints can be raised by the employees, the rest gets disconnected due to the busyness of the phone.

From Lucknow itself, more than 500 phones go to customer care every day. Apart from this, people also call at 127 sub-centres. However, not enough information is available from these places as well. In such a situation, there is a ruckus at the sub-centres.
