The woman told, ‘I went to Nari Niketan on 5 December. I was tortured a lot there. For three days, my stomach suddenly ached. I was given injections which caused a lot of bleeding. Yesterday I gave a statement in court. Then the health deteriorated after which injections were made. I have miscarried. At first it was right but after the injection there has been miscarriage. ‘

‘I got married to my will’
The woman further said, ‘Although the law has helped me, but I want my husband and elder brother to be sent back home. I got married to my will. I got married on 24 July. The sixth month is going on. Was married in Dehradun. I want my husband and brother-in-law to be sent home.

A girl was four months pregnant while going into custody
In fact, a woman who married a Muslim young man of her own accord was sent to the Women’s Shelter Home in Moradabad. He was rushed to the hospital after severe pain and bleeding. At the time the young woman was detained, the police either did not know whether she was four months pregnant or did not disclose this.
