After about two and a half months, a cabinet meeting has been called at Lok Bhawan on Tuesday at 11 am under the chairmanship of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Where all the cabinet ministers of the state government will be present. More than two dozen proposals were passed in this meeting.

•Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor Policy will be passed.
•Changes will also be made in the existing industrial investment and employment promotion policies to provide various concessions to the investors.
•The proposal to contribute Rs 50 crore by the Department of Medical Education for setting up a Medical Research Institute at IIT Kanpur will be approved.
Millets Restoration The plan will be approved by the cabinet
Cabinet will approve some changes in the Uttar Pradesh Millets Revival Scheme being run to promote the production of coarse grains in Uttar Pradesh. Till now, a huge amount of money was provided for promotion and publicity in the scheme, which will be reduced and the number of outlets of processed food items made from coarse grains will be increased in every district of the state and new outlets will be opened in Vikas Bhavans of every district.
