Lionel Messi could not help but chuckle at a young fan’s hilarious celebration request. Lionel Messi was rocking Argentina’s 2024 training kit during the interaction. He was wearing his training shorts along with a pair of black flip-flops. The video began with the little fan asking Messi, “If you score a goal, can you celebrate the way I do?” The Inter Miami star was kind enough to ask, “What is your celebration?” As the fan went on to demonstrate the celebration, Messi said, “You’re crazy!”
Fans couldn’t help but storm the post’s comments section seeing the funny dance. One of them wrote, “We need this celebration.”
Another suggested the moves were something that Lionel Messi’s former Barcelona teammate Neymar would do. “That celebration is a little Neymar-coded,” he wrote.

One user compared the dance to the iconic 2010 World Cup celebration of Siphiwe Tshabalala. “This is the celebration by Siphiwe Tshabalala,” read the response.
Another jokingly said, “The absolute scenes if he does this celebration.”

Apart from his impeccable goal-scoring abilities, Lionel Messi also knows a thing or two about celebrating in style on the football pitch. Over the years, the Argentine has given us several memorable celebrations, from the iconic shoe kiss in the 2009 Champions League final to the open-shirt celebration at the Santiago Bernabeu in 2017. In recent years, the Argentine has aimed celebrations at his sons Thiago, Mateo and Ciro. He has also taken inspiration from Marvel superheroes copying the moves of Thor, Black Panther and Spider-Man.
Lionel Messi is now completely focused on guiding Inter Miami to MLS glory. He has already helped the Herons side break the all-time MLS points record with an 11-minute hat-trick at the Chase Stadium. He will return to action once again on Saturday, October 26 against Atalanta United.
