In Lalitpur, three youths attacked a young man with a knife while he was going to the market with his brother-in-law. Due to which the young man got seriously injured. After this the attackers fled from the spot. Somehow the brother-in-law tied the injured brother-in-law with a towel on his back and took him to the hospital on a motorcycle.

Reconciliation between both families
It is being told that the wife of the accused youth had run away with the deceased 8 months ago. Later she returned. Both the families had reached a compromise. While the woman started living with her husband in Lalitpur, the deceased had gone to live with his brother-in-law in Tikamgarh. Today he had come to Lalitpur with his brother-in-law to pay his KCC loan.
Santram was directly attacked with a knife on his chest
Santram Rai, son of Kanai, a resident of village Malwarakhurd of Kotwali Sadar area, was living with his brother-in-law Sowaran, son of Ramdas Rai, in village Malkheda under police station Mohangarh of Tikamgarh for 8 months. On Tuesday, he had come to the bank located in Naveen Galla Mandi to deposit 1 lakh 70 thousand rupees of KCC. They were going on the bike to Laxmipura road located at Savarkar Chowk after depositing the money at around 4:30 in the evening. Then Santram got down from the bike and stood ahead.
Then Prakash Sen, a resident of the same village, came with two young men and attacked Santram directly on his chest with a knife. Due to which Santram fell down bleeding. When his brother-in-law came to intervene, the accused fled from the spot. Sowaran tied the injured Santram with a towel on his back and took him on his bike to the district hospital. Where he died after 3 hours during treatment. Here, the family members of the deceased told that Prakash Sen’s wife had eloped with Santram 8 months ago. When she returned after 15 days, a panchayat was held in the village.
I had come to Lalitpur to repay my loan
In which it was decided that Prakash’s wife and Santram will never talk to each other. As a compromise, Santram will give 2.5 lakh rupees to Prakash Sen and his wife. After this the money was also given. Prakash started living with his wife in the Laxmipura locality of Lalitpur. Santram started living with his wife and children with his brother-in-law in the village Malkheda of Tikamgarh. On Tuesday he came to Lalitpur to pay his KCC loan.
The family members of the deceased alleged that Prakash’s wife used to blackmail Santram. She used to call him to her place. She was asking for 5 lakh rupees more from him. On receiving the information of the incident, Additional Superintendent of Police Anil Kumar, CO Sadar Abhay Narayan Rai reached the spot and took the body in their custody and sent it for postmortem.
