Two months passed after the incident, but the police could not reach the accused. Balrampur remained closed on Tuesday in protest against this. Police are now considering it as suicide. Earlier, Balrampur Traders Association had submitted memorandum thrice, but every time only assurance was given that they are investigating, but the police only kept on increasing with time, hence this ban has been imposed.
