Roston Chase scored an unbeaten 67 runs and also took 1 wicket. He was adjudged the Player of the Match.

West Indies won the second match of the T20 series being played against South Africa before the World Cup by 16 runs. With this, they have taken a 2-0 lead in the three-match T20 series and have captured the series.

West Indies batted first and scored 207 runs for the loss of 7 wickets. Chasing the target of 208 runs, South Africa could only score 191 runs for the loss of 7 wickets.

West Indies had a bad start. The first wicket fell at a score of 26 runs. Captain Brandon King also went to the pavilion at a score of 54 runs. He scored 36 runs in 22 balls.
