Special Public Prosecutor Pasco Narendra Singh Gaur said that on 2 August 2018, a minor had given an application to the police. She had told that on the morning of 30 June 2018, she was going from her grandmother’s house to her father’s house. When she reached the clock tower, a red four-wheeler stopped and Rajni, a resident of Bandha and Devki, a resident of Phuta Bangla, sitting inside it, stopped the vehicle and asked her to come inside the car. They said that they would drop her home, but she refused. Meanwhile, a person named Mota, the driver of the car, said that his son would drop her home in the car. Due to which she sat inside the car.
During this time they gave her water to drink. After drinking the water she became unconscious. When she regained consciousness, she found herself near Bandha bypass. All her clothes were off. When she asked the reason for taking off her clothes, they did not give any answer. After this a woman named Rajni took her to her house in Azadpura and held her hostage inside the house.
Meanwhile the driver left with the car. Both the women held her hostage, locked her up and started counting the money. In this way, they kept her hostage for one month and gave her water daily. Due to which she would fall unconscious, and when she gained consciousness she would find herself naked. On the day of the incident a man with his mouth covered came to her and gave her water to drink. She saw that both the women were sitting on the roof. As soon as she got the chance, on the pretext of drinking water, she pushed that man and came out of the house and shouted for help. Seeing him running, both the women ran to catch him.
The girl told that during this time she reached behind Saraswati temple in Naya Basti where a man took information from her. As soon as he got the information, that person called on 100 number. Somehow she reached the police station and informed the police. Police had registered a case against four people including Rajni, Jyoti, Surendra Tiwari in this case. During investigation, the names of Firoz son Sohrab Khan, resident behind Azadpura State Bank, Munna alias Aamir son Mubarik, resident of Nadipura, Salman son Salim, resident of Govindnagar, Mo. Irfan son Mo. Shamim, resident of Galla Mandi Awas Colony, Ankit Kashyap son Omprakash, resident of Azadpura State Bank, Amar Singh son Lalaram Pal, resident of Azadpura State Bank, Munna Parihar son Ramcharan, resident of Azadpura, Surendra Singh Yadav son Ramveer Singh Yadav, resident of Jugpura, Navneet Chandel son Ajuddi, resident of Govindnagar also came to light.
Thus, the police presented a charge sheet against 12 people in the court. During the hearing, Masaurakalan resident Surendra Tiwari died. This case was pending in the Additional District Judge POCSO Court. The judge has sentenced Rajni alias Rajkumari wife of Gajendra Raja and Rajghat Baritoda resident Futa Bangla Jyoti to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 30,000 each under Section 5/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and additional imprisonment of 2 months each for not paying the fine. Apart from this, a sentence of 5 years of imprisonment has been given under Section 366. Apart from this, accused Munna Parihar son of Ramcharan resident Azadpura has been sentenced to 3 years and 6 months of rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 10,000 under Section 366.
