The accused had demanded bribe in exchange for the registration of the diagnostic center. At present, the CMO employee caught red-handed by the anti-corruption team is absconding.

It is being told that on the basis of the complaint of complainant Vijay Vikram, Senior Assistant of Ghazipur CMO Office Anil Kumar Choubey was arrested red handed by the Anti Corruption Team Varanasi while taking a bribe of forty thousand rupees from the Shiv Shakti Diagnostic Center premises located at PG College Square in the City Kotwali area.
The accused had demanded a bribe of forty thousand rupees from the complainant in exchange for the registration of his Shivshakti Diagnostic Centre Pathology Lab.
The accused was caught red handed
On the basis of the complaint, the Anti Corruption team reached Ghazipur today and caught the accused red handed while taking bribe. The Anti Corruption team handed over the arrested Anil Kumar Choubey to the Sadar Kotwali police. Legal action is being taken against the accused. At the same time, there is a state of panic in the health department due to this raid of the Anti Corruption team.
