In a colony of Baghpat, some youths of a particular community threatened to cut the neck of a class 8 student if she did not talk to them. Out of fear, the student did not go to school for three days. She did not tell anything to her family members either. On Monday night, two youths entered the student’s house and started a scuffle.

A young man living in the colony said that his niece studies in the 8th grade in a school. A year ago, three young men from a particular community of the colony kidnapped her in a car.
Threatened to kill by cutting the neck
The victim student alleged that after some time, a young man from a particular community along with his friends started following her again. They stopped her on the way and molested her. They also pressured her to talk. They threatened to kill her by cutting her neck if she did not talk.
Due to this fear, I stopped going to school. The accused harass me by calling me. On Monday night, the family was sleeping in the house. Then two youths of a particular community came there and started fighting. When the family members came after hearing the noise, both of them ran away.

The victim student said that a year ago three youths of a particular community forcibly put her in a car. She was released the next day. But even after this they did not stop following her and kept molesting her by stopping her on the way.
CO Harish Bhadoria says that the victim’s family has filed a complaint. Investigation into the matter has been started. On the basis of the investigation, a case will be filed and action will be taken against the accused.
