After the accident, local people reached the spot, informed the police, took out all the passengers in the Saathi bus and took the injured passengers to the hospital for treatment. As soon as information about the accident was received, the local police reached the spot and started investigating the matter. The incident occurred on Jhansi-Kanpur National Highway under Orai Kotwali area.
The passengers injured in the accident were admitted to the hospital.
Truck hit from behind It was told that a roadways bus from Jhansi depot was coming to Orai on Thursday evening. Around 10 pm, the bus reached near the Indian Petrol Tank of village Badgaon located on Jhansi-Kanpur National Highway 27 and the bus driver stopped the bus on the roadside to deboard the passengers. Then a speeding truck coming from behind from Jhansi hit the parked bus. Due to which there was panic in the area and passengers were injured.
Passengers admitted to hospital After the accident, the bus got damaged from behind, after the collision, the driver fled from the spot with the truck. Local people informed the police about this accident. As soon as the information was received, the local police reached the spot and admitted the injured passengers to the hospital for treatment. Police are trying to find out who is the truck driver. At present the condition of the injured passengers is said to be normal.
