Ramit Sharma, a 1999 batch IPS officer, is known for his friendly behavior. He is currently ADG in Bareilly, before this he was also the Police Commissioner in Prayagraj. Late on Wednesday evening, when all the officers were marching on foot, 35-year-old Mohammad Nishat alias Sablu, a paan seller, also moved towards Ramit Sharma, where the ADG smilingly asked Sablu about his well-being. After that he placed his hand on the shoulder, after which this young man started walking with the ADG. After this, the ADG folded his hands towards a 25 year old youth living near the Kotwali police station, after which he placed his hand on the shoulder of this young man. Asked about his well-being, after which he was also introduced to the Commissioner and SSP. Even when he was DIG in Meerut, Ramit Sharma used to inquire about the well-being of the people in the city in the same manner.

Mohammad Nishat alias Sablu has passed Msc with first division. He runs a paan kiosk near Nawalti intersection, before this his father had been running a kiosk at the same place for about 4 decades. Nishat alias Sablu belongs to an educated family, his sister is a government teacher, elder brother is a lecturer in Inter College. The second elder brother is an engineer abroad. Whenever there is a flag march, senior officers also personally inquire about the well being of the family, whether everything is fine or not, there is no problem.
