Samajwadi Party has made former Mainpuri MP Tej Pratap Yadav its candidate. For whom today the District President of Samajwadi Party has purchased the nomination papers. Today nomination papers were also bought by Bahujan Samaj Party workers. But late in the evening Bahujan Samaj Party has also declared its candidate. Now only BJP has to reveal its cards. There was a churning going on in BJP to field candidates from Yadav and Shakya community, but BSP has spoiled the game of BJP by fielding Shakya candidate.

resident of Bhogaon Agra division in-charge Deepak Painter said that Dr. Avnish Kumar Shakya from Bahujan Samaj Party has been made a candidate for the Karhal assembly by-election seat. Avnish Kumar Shakya is a hardworking worker of Bahujan Samaj Party of Mainpuri district. He is a resident of village Manikpur in Bhogaon assembly constituency. He is currently in-charge of Bhogaon assembly from BSP. Before this, Avnish Kumar had also been the Assembly Secretary of Shakya Bhogaon. Bahujan Samaj Party has fielded its candidate for Karhal Assembly from among the workers of the district itself.

However, in the Lok Sabha elections, Bahujan Samaj Party had placed its bet on Shakya. After this, a quick decision was taken and Gulshan Shakya was removed as the decided candidate and Yadav was made the candidate in front of Dimple Yadav in the Lok Sabha. However, no one from Bahujan Samaj Party was able to show its magic in the Lok Sabha elections. Somewhere the vote percentage of Bahujan Samaj Party had further decreased. This time Bahujan Samaj Party has placed bets on the Shakya Samaj candidate in the by-election of Karhal Assembly seat.

SP’s occupation since 1993 Karhal Assembly seat has been held by SP continuously since 1993. SP’s Baburam Yadav has been elected twice, Sobran Singh Yadav four times and once Akhilesh Yadav has been elected MLA from here. After this he left the seat and a by-election is being held there.
