Three out of six complaints were resolved in the public hearing in Saharanpur Municipal Corporation. During the public hearing, some people also arrived with demands for construction of roads and culverts etc. in their area. Officials of the construction department were asked to conduct on-site inspection and report.

On Tuesday, officers of all departments including Additional Municipal Commissioner Mrityunjay heard complaints in the Municipal Corporation. Six complainants arrived with their complaints. Of these, four complaints were related to cleanliness, three complaints were settled. An application was given for the cleanliness of Sant Ravidas Hostel, Dehradun Road, ward number one. On which cleaning was done by sending the regional sanitation inspector and sanitation workers.

For cleanliness in Ward-28 Dera Sant Bhagmal Janak Nagar, Jaipal Singh and Sunil Kumar, resident of Ward-55 Mission Compound, submitted an application for cleanliness of drains in the ward. On which the regional sanitation inspector and sanitation friend were sent and the drains were cleaned. Wasim Ansari, a resident of Ward-61 Dhobiwala Azad Colony, submitted an application for cleaning the culvert in the colony, on which the Regional Sanitation Inspector was instructed to conduct on-site inspection and get the cleaning done.

Sudhir Bharti, resident of Ward-52 Mangal Nagar, gave a letter for cutting and pruning of trees. The park in-charge was asked to conduct on-site inspection and take action. Kamal Mohan, resident of Ward-48 Housing Colony, submitted an application for removal of encroachment. The enforcement team in-charge was instructed to conduct on-site inspection and take action. Additional Municipal Commissioner Mrityunjay, General Manager Water Purushottam Kumar and officials of all departments were present in the public hearing.
