Thieves broke the lock of the house of a retired teacher resident of Barra Vishwabank, Kanpur and stole jewelery and cash worth Rs 8.25 lakh. Neighbors informed the teacher about the theft. After returning, he lodged a complaint with Barra police. The police is investigating the matter basically

Inspector Barra Rajesh Sharma said that an FIR has been registered on the complaint of the victim. The culprits are being searched with the help of CCTV cameras installed near the spot. Soon the accused will be in the custody of the police.
