A case has been registered against the applicant under various sections including fraud in Surajpur police station of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noid. At the same time, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) also registered an ECIR on 19 April 2023. The applicant is accused of extorting money from people to get work done in the government department by claiming to be close to the Prime Minister and government ministers. Also accused of extorting money in the name of getting government jobs and contracts. The applicant is in jail since 25 May 2023. The court rejected the bail application after hearing the parties.
