SP leader Nawab Singh Yadav has a luxurious hotel in Tirwa costing Rs 11 crore. After the rape and gangster incident, his hotel was confiscated and sealed by the administration on 21st December. Whereas Nawab Singh Yadav’s lawyers had protested against the proceedings on the hotel, saying that there was a court stay against it. Nawab Singh Yadav’s brother Sudarshan Yadav went to court against this action of the administration and on December 24, Civil Judge Senior Division brought an order to de-seal the hotel.
Even after 3 days of this order, the hotel was not sealed, so on Friday, under the leadership of advocate Ramji Srivastava, lawyers Yogendra Yadav, Arvind Singh Rathore, Rakesh Tiwari, Sanjay Dubey, Sunil Yadav, Piyush Yadav, Anurag Awasthi, Paritosh Pandey etc. reached the Collectorate. Tax met DM Subhrant Kumar Shukla. Here he showed the court order and demanded to free the hotel from seizure.
Regarding this matter, lawyer Ramji told that they along with Nawab Singh’s brother Sudarshan have met the DM. In which Sudarshan demanded that his hotel be sealed today itself. On which the DM has assured to take a decision in this matter soon.
