Allahabad High Court has directed the Public Service Commission to present the CCTV footage of the Tankar examination of Additional Private Secretary Examination 2023 by January 10, 2025. Justice JJ Munir has given this order on the petition filed by Ashish Vashishtha and others.

The petitioner alleges that during the typing test held in June for the recruitment of 331 posts of Additional Private Secretary published in the year 2023, the electricity in the examination room was cut. Due to which the computers shut down. Candidates could not type as per their capacity in the stipulated time. That is why there has been a demand to conduct the examination again.
The court had summoned CCTV footage in August to investigate the allegations. But the footage of all the petitioners could not be presented yet.
The Commission’s counsel sought time till January 9 to present the footage of all the petitioners. On which the court has directed to list the case on January 10.
