In the court of District Judge Chetan Chauhan, his real uncle, who kidnapped and raped a teenage girl four years ago in Dannahar police station area of ​​Mainpuri, was found guilty and sentenced to 10 years imprisonment. Also, he was found guilty of kidnapping and sentenced to 4 years imprisonment in the court.

The case was related to the village of Dannahar police station area. The brother of the victim, a resident of the place, had given a complaint letter to the police station and alleged that on the night of July 9, 2020, his sister was sleeping in the room of the house. Then the accused Ashish kidnapped her. All her uncle Mukesh alias Panchhi committed heinous crimes like rape with her. The brother had given a complaint letter to the police and registered a case. The police arrested the accused and sent them to jail. After getting the victim medically examined, the case was investigated and a charge sheet was filed against the accused in the court.

Punishment given on the basis of witness and evidence

The case was heard in the court of District Judge Chetan Chauhan. Where the investigator, doctor, teenager and witnesses testified on behalf of the plaintiff. On the basis of witnesses and evidence, the girl’s real uncle Mukesh was found guilty of raping her. On whom the court imposed 10 years imprisonment along with a fine of Rs 10,000. Also, accused Ashish was found guilty of kidnapping the girl. He was sentenced to 4 years imprisonment along with a fine of Rs 5,000.

Convict uncle did not get bail from any court

However, the victim’s uncle Mukesh was arrested by the police and sent to jail. Considering his crime, his bail was not approved in any court. He fought the case while staying in jail. After the charges were proved in the court, uncle Mukesh and Ashish were sent to jail by the court.
