Union Minister Jitendra Singh introduced this bill in the Lok Sabha. Therefore, it is important that those who take advantage of the weaknesses in the examination system are identified and dealt with strictly.

Exam center will be suspended for 4 years
If the exam center is found to be involved in any irregularities, then that center will be suspended for 4 years. That means that center will not be given the right to conduct any government exam for the next 4 years. Apart from this, a fine of up to Rs 1 crore will be imposed on the central agency conducting the examination along with jail sentence.

Not everyone will get entry in the exam center
This bill will work to deal with organized gangs, mafia and people engaged in such activities. Along with this, if government officials are found involved in this, they will also be considered criminals. Any person who has not been given public examination or related work will not be given entry in the examination center.

Non-bailable warrant will be issued

If this bill becomes law, the police will have the right to arrest suspects without any warrant. The accused will not get bail and these crimes cannot be resolved through compromise.

No officer below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police or Assistant Commissioner of Police will investigate any offense specified in the Bill. The bill covers recruitment examinations conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) and National Testing Agency (NTA).
