Using an advanced method of cloning the key signal with an antenna, high-tech criminals executed a heist targeting the Rolls Royce Cullinan, in Aveley, Essex, UK. Valued at over Rs 8 crore in India and often exceeding Rs 15 crore with customisations, this luxury SUV stands as one of the most expensive in the world. The meticulously planned heist was captured on CCTV.

The thieves employed a technique where one individual used what appeared to be an antenna-shaped wire to unlock and start the Cullinan parked outside a house. The entire operation unfolded in mere seconds, with no signs of typical theft techniques like hot-wiring or forced entry.

The thieves used a clever trick to steal the Rolls Royce Cullinan. They exploited the carโ€™s keyless entry feature, which works with a key fob. The luxury carโ€™s keys were found inside the residence. In the footage, a hooded individual can be seen holding a wire antenna. Using an antenna to amplify the signal, the thieves tricked the system into unlocking the car and enabling them to drive off without triggering alarms.

In some instances, valuable parts, such as high-end audio systems, are dismantled and sold in the market. While the thievesโ€™ intentions in this case are not clear, no arrests have been made so far, and the police are on the lookout for them.
