India are set to tour Australia later in 2024 for a five-match Test series with Perth hosing the opener.
India’s highly anticipated tour of Australia later this year will kickstart with Perth hosting the five-Test series opener in late November. According to a report Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney have also been penciled in as the venues of the high-profile tour.
As per The Sydney Morning Herald, Adelaide will play host to the second Test of the series and it will be a day-night contest followed by the third game in Brisbane.
Melbourne will continue to host the traditional Boxing Day Test while the New Year’s Test stays with Sydney.
Cricket Australia is yet to finalise the schedule for its next season though and a final announcement could be made by the end of March.
