1. Vacancy for 5934 posts of Animal Attendant in Rajasthan
The application process for recruitment to the posts of Animal Attendant in the Animal Husbandry Department of Rajasthan Government was started from 13 October 2023 and ended on 11 November. The application process for this recruitment is being started once again. Candidates can apply by visiting the website, rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in.
Educational Qualification:
- Passed 10th examination from a recognized board.
- Knowledge of working in Hindi in Devanagari script and the culture of Rajasthan.
Age Range :
- General and unreserved category men: 18 to 40 years
- General category women: Relaxation of 5 years in maximum age limit.
- Males belonging to Economically Weaker Section, Other Backward Class, Extremely Backward Class, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Sahariya category, natives of Rajasthan state: 5 years relaxation in the maximum age limit.
- Women belonging to Economically Weaker Section, Other Backward Class, Extremely Backward Class, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Sahariya category, natives of Rajasthan state: 10 years relaxation in the maximum age limit.
- There is no age limit in the case of widows and divorced women.
- Other reserved categories of Rajasthan have been given relaxation in the maximum age limit as per the rules of Rajasthan Government.
2. Applications for Jharkhand Technical/Special Graduate Level Combined Examination started.
Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has started the applications for Jharkhand Technical/Special Graduate Level Combined Competitive Examination 2023. Candidates can apply through JSSC website jssc.nic.in.
Educational Qualification:
- Assistant Research Officer: Graduation in Agriculture.
- Supervisor: Degree or Diploma in Handicraft from any recognized University.
- Sub Divisional Horticulture Officer: Graduation degree in Horticulture, Forestry, Agriculture.
- Statistical Assistant: Graduation in Science, Maths, Economics.
- Inspector, Legal Metrology: B.Sc in Physics, Graduation degree in Civil Engineering, Electronics, Electrical.
- Geological Surveyor: B.Sc degree in Chemistry.
- Assistant Superintendent: B.Sc. in Silk Technology.
- Superintendent: Degree or Diploma in Handicraft.
Age Range :
- Candidates age should be between 21 to 35 years.
- OBC category has been given 3 years relaxation and SC and ST categories have been given 5 years relaxation in the maximum age limit.

1. Baramulla Stadium became General Bipin Rawat Stadium
On January 16, Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha inaugurated the General Bipin Rawat Stadium in Baramulla, North Kashmir. The Lieutenant Governor said that the country has paid tribute to the brave soldier, military strategist, General Bipin Rawat by dedicating the new name of Baramulla Stadium to the public.

2. OpenAI will not allow AI to be used in elections
On January 15, US based Artificial Intelligence Research Organization OpenAI has banned the use of AI during the Lok Sabha election campaign in India. The company said that it is necessary to conduct elections on a fair basis. Presidential or parliamentary elections will be held in 63 countries in the year 2024. OpenAI said that users will be able to get real-time information through ChatGPT. The chatbot will also attach links to where it has taken the information, currently this feature is not available in ChatGPT. The company is in talks with several media organizations including CNN, Fox News, Time and Bloomberg to use the content.
