Apart from this, Ameesha also talked about the flop of Aamir Khan starrer ‘Mangal Pandey’. He said that there was no need to reject ‘Mangal Pandey’ so badly, the way the audience rejected it. In this film, Amisha played the role of a widow named Jwala, who was about to commit sati.

Bhansali wrote a letter after watching ‘Gadar’
Ameesha also told that after watching ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha’ in 2001, director Sanjay Leela Bhansali wrote a letter to her. In this letter, Bhansali asked him to retire.
