Bihar School Examination Board i.e. BSEB has released the 12th board exam results. The board will now activate the application link for rechecking of copies and compartmental exam from March 28. This information was given by the Chairman of Bihar Board along with the announcement of the result. Students who are not happy with their board exam results will be able to apply for scrutiny from March 28. At the same time, students who are kept in compartment category have to appear in the re-exam.
It is necessary to score 30% marks
To pass the board exam, students are required to score 30% marks in theory and 40% marks in practical of each subject. This year, a total of 87.21% students have passed the Bihar Board class 12th result. A total of 5,24,939 students have cleared the exam in first class, 5,04,897 in second class and 96,595 students have cleared the exam in third class.
How to apply for scrutiny
- Visit the official website scrutiny.biharboardonline.com.
- Click on the Scrutiny or Rechecking link visible on the homepage.
- Enter your roll code, roll number and registration number.
- Login using the system-generated application ID.
- Select the subject of scrutiny by clicking in the subject box.
- Now click on Fee Deposit and pay the fee through credit card, debit card or net banking.
You can also check results through SMS
Bihar Board 12th exam result can also be checked through SMS from mobile. To check the result through SMS, students have to type 'BIHAR12' and send it to 56263 along with their roll number or registration number.
Board result was 87.21%
This year, between 1st and 12th February, 12th board exams were held in 1585 exam centres. Whereas, practical exams were held between 10th to 20th January. 5,46,621 students passed in Arts. This year the passing percentage in Arts has been 86.15%, in Science 87.8% and in Commerce 94.88%. The overall result was 87.21%.
