The Lucknow bench of the High Court has stayed the order for demolition of flats in FI Tower 37 located on Cantt Road in Lucknow till its further orders. Along with this, the bench has also stayed the orders of 23 December 2023 passed by the Appellate Authority/Divisional Commissioner and the orders of 10 January 2024 passed by the Revision Authority/Government.
